About The Role
The Head of Partnership is responsible to support the Country Manager in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless coordination across business activities. This role is critical in enabling leadership effectiveness through structured operational support, communication management, and cross-functional alignment, particularly in a multilingual and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the Company's partnership strategy to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Identify, secure, and grow strategic partnerships, including IBs and Affiliates
- Establish partnership programs, incentive structures, and growth initiatives to maximize partner performance.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities to strengthen the Company's competitive position.
Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and commission structures.
- Monitor partner performance and develop action plans to increase trading volume, deposits, and client retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure mutual growth and long-term success.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Partnerships and Business Development teams to achieve business objectives.
- Set team KPIs, monitor staff activities, and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and performance improvement initiatives where required.
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
Staff Development & Capability Building
- Develop and implement onboarding, training, and professional development programs for team members.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to enhance sales, negotiation, and partnership management capabilities.
- Support career progression and succession planning within the department.
- Encourage continuous learning and knowledge-sharing to improve team effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor team productivity, sales pipelines, partner engagement activities, and conversion performance.
- Track departmental KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and data integrity across the team.
- Implement corrective measures and performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to Business Development Managers on key opportunities and partner relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to support partnership initiatives.
- Align partnership activities with the Company's overall commercial and strategic objectives.
- Support joint marketing campaigns, events, and partner engagement programs.
- Act as the key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the Forex and CFD market.
- Identify emerging partnership opportunities and potential growth markets.
- Analyze market data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Keep the business informed of industry changes that may impact partnership growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Forex, CFD, Financial Services, or Online Trading industries.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing partnerships, business development, or sales teams.
- Proven track record in managing IB, Affiliate, White Label, and Institutional partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets.
