Our client is the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) regulated futures brokerage firm that provides Foreign Exchange (Forex), Commodity, and Stock Index trading services through mobile applications. With a one-stop solution, it offers convenience, speed, and 24/7 customer service to assist clients. 

The Senior Finance Manager reports to the Senior Management Team and leads a team of 3 to manage the entire Finance, Accounting, and Taxation function of the company. 

About The Role:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and statutory reporting
• Develop, implement, and maintain project accounting to ensure accurate cost accounting and reporting
• Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses and revenue.
• Provide financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Assess financial risks related to brokerage operations.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls
• Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity.
• Ensure timely settlements and fund availability.
• Collaborate with tax consultants to optimize tax planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling.
• Work closely with trading, operations, and compliance teams.
  

Requirements:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience gained in finance, preferably within regulated brokerage or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
