Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HighJump WMS Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team onsite in Moreno Valley, California. The candidate must bring strong technical and functional expertise in HighJump WMS, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to provide hands-on support for complex warehouse operations in a fast-paced retail or 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for HighJump Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to HighJump configurations, integrations, and workflows.

  • Design, develop, and maintain implementations of Page Editor, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and optimize integrations between WMS, WCS/WES, OMS, and ERP systems.

  • Develop and maintain SSRS reports and support business analytics requirements.

  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Messaging/Event Brokers, and flat-file-based integration methods.

  • Perform MS SQL Server maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning as needed.

  • Ensure comprehensive system documentation and knowledge transfer for support continuity.

Required Skills

  • 69 years of experience working with HighJump WMS (functional + technical).

  • Deep understanding of retail and wholesale warehouse operations and processes.

  • Expertise in SQL programming and MS SQL Server administration.

  • Hands-on experience with C# (or Java) for workflow and integration customization.

  • Familiarity with SSRS, REST/SOAP services, and integration middleware.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience in client-facing technical support roles.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be onsite from Day 1 in Moreno Valley, CA (no remote work).

  • Prior exposure to HighJump L1/L2 support in retail, 3PL, or manufacturing environments highly desirable.
