About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manhattan SCALE Active Senior Consultant to join our remote consulting team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Manhattan SCALE version 2024, with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Manhattans Supply Chain Execution solutions for global clients.

This is a contract position requiring flexibility to work 12 PM to 9 PM IST in coordination with U.S. and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support for Manhattan SCALE 2024.

• Configure and customize SCALE modules including Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Labor Management (LMS).

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.

• Support integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and third-party logistics applications.

• Prepare detailed documentation, test plans, and training materials.

• Serve as the technical advisor for solution design, upgrades, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Manhattan SCALE (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).

• Strong hands-on knowledge of SCALE 2024 features, architecture, and tools.

• Proficiency in SQL Server, .NET, and RF device integration.

• Experience with EDI, integration frameworks, and supply chain execution systems.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote, client-facing role.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in an offshore delivery model.

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted SCALE environments.

• Exposure to Power BI or other analytics tools for reporting.

• Certification in Manhattan SCALE or related supply chain technologies.
