Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HighJump WMS Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team onsite in Mooresville, IN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail and wholesale warehouse operations, strong technical and functional expertise in the HighJump platform, and the ability to interact directly with clients in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application and functional support for HighJump WMS environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to HighJump applications and integrations.

• Design, develop, and maintain implementations of Page Editor, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures.

• Support and enhance system configurations to align with business process requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between WMS, WCS/WES, OMS, and ERP systems.

• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and other data analysis tools.

• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Messaging/Event Brokers, and flat file integrations.

• Manage MS SQL Server administration and version upgrades as required.

• Provide proactive system monitoring, user support, and documentation for all processes.

Required Skills

• 69 years of experience with HighJump WMS (both functional and technical).

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes in retail and wholesale environments.

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL programming.

• Proficient in C# (or Java) programming for custom extensions and scripting.

• Hands-on experience with SSRS, REST/SOAP integrations, and SQL Server.

• Proven experience in client-facing support roles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements

• Must be onsite from Day 1 at Mooresville, IN (no remote option).

• Must provide LinkedIn profile and PICT ID with submission (LinkedIn must align with resume).

• Prior experience in HighJump support (L1/L2) within retail/3PL environments preferred.
