Mandatory Skills: Manhattan, LoadRunner

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or equivalent professional experience

• Must have Performance Testing as the primary competency and be comfortable acting as a hands-on lead while managing a performance test team across onshore & offshore

• 8+ years of progressive performance testing experience in waterfall, agile, and hybrid models using LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, CloudTest, etc.

• Expert in Estimation, NFR gathering, Test Plan, Workload models, Test Scenario Design, Test Environment setup, Test Data Setup, Test Execution, and Defect Management covering complex end-to-end flows

• Strong performance testing with Java EE, .NET, SAP, Web Services, Microservices, SQL, No-SQL, Tibco, MQ, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with on-prem and cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS) solutions

• Define performance monitoring requirements and thresholds using APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic

• Experience in Manhattan WMS on-prem

• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive issues to closure

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality deliverables

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Desired Skills:

• Performance testing in retail domain (eCommerce, Web, Mobile, OMS, Supply Chain, WMS, POS systems)

• Results-oriented with a can-do attitude and attention to detail

• Flexibility to support during odd hours, weekends, and peak seasons
