Job Title: Blue Yonder TMS Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract 1099 0r C2C

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Blue Yonder TMS implementations and post-go-live enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

• Provide functional expertise in transportation management processes including Planning, Tendering, Optimization, Execution, and Backoffice.

• Support day-to-day TMS operations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.

• Work on Blue Yonder TMS modules including:

  • Transportation Manager

  • Transportation Mobile User

  • Transportation Modeling

  • Transportation Planner

  • Logistics Procurement

• Conduct business analysis and provide solutions for transportation and logistics challenges.

• Manage integrations with enterprise systems (SAP ERP, Salesforce, etc.) and external carriers via EDI, REST APIs, and integration platforms (Mulesoft, Direct/REST API).

• Utilize Job Server capabilities and Data Upload templates for system enhancements and data processing.

• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer across business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of total work experience, or 35 years in roles such as Sustain Operations Analyst, Manager, or Customer Success Manager in Logistics or with a top-tier consulting firm.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Manager (v2019+).

• At least one full lifecycle Blue Yonder TMS implementation.

• 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in transportation and logistics.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with carrier communication protocols (EDI, APIs).

• Strong understanding of transportation planning, optimization models, and logistics procurement.

• Working knowledge of integration platforms (Mulesoft, SAP PI/PO, etc.).

• Experience in business analysis, solution design, and testing.
