About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Lead with extensive experience delivering Manhattan Active WMS (MA WM) implementations to manage end-to-end deployment across U.S. operations. This is a 100% managerial roleideal for a leader who has overseen multiple Manhattan Active WMS programs and can ensure smooth execution from design through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Manhattan Active WMS implementations, including planning, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, and go-live.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.

• Serve as the primary liaison for client teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical workstreams.

• Facilitate solution workshops, functional reviews, and decision-making sessions.

• Oversee UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization activities.

• Provide executive-level reporting across milestones, KPIs, and critical risks.

• Ensure alignment with operational goals, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise WMS or supply chain technology implementations.

• Direct project leadership experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MA WM).

• Strong background in end-to-end program/delivery management.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.

• Experience working with distributed teams (onsite/offshore).

• Strong problem-solving and escalation management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Manhattan Active integrations (Order Management, Labor Management, etc.).

• Supply chain, distribution, or logistics domain expertise.

• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile) are a plus.
