Position Summary
JGA is seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Consultant to support configuration, testing, and deployment of Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong supply chain execution knowledge, hands-on WMS experience, and proven ability to collaborate with clients and project teams in complex enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- 
6-8+ years of experience implementing or supporting Manhattan WMS solutions. 
- 
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Operations. 
- 
Proven experience in Manhattan Associates WMS (WMOS / MAWM) configuration, testing, and support. 
- 
Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills. 
- 
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with client and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities
- 
Provide WMS functional and technical expertise to the project team. 
- 
Work closely with client resources and stakeholders throughout all project phases. 
- 
Provide status updates to the Service Delivery Manager and project leadership. 
- 
Execute hands-on WMS configuration aligned with business and technical requirements. 
- 
Perform Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Testing. 
- 
Create functional requirements and use case documentation. 
- 
Coordinate requirements walkthroughs and approvals. 
- 
Collaborate with vendors and client IT teams to conduct software testing. 
- 
Report and track testing and quality metrics. 
- 
Develop and execute overall testing strategy and test scripts. 
- 
Configure and validate the Manhattan WMS solution for operational readiness. 
- 
Communicate testing and defect resolution outcomes to stakeholders. 
- 
Manage and execute end-user training and knowledge transfer. 
- 
Develop and maintain training documentation. 
- 
Provide go-live and post-startup support, ensuring full WMS integration with all dependent systems. 
Education
- 
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
