Were looking for a Manhattan Active Omni Platform (MAOP) expert with 5+ years of hands-on Manhattan Active experience to lead and support large-scale supply chain, warehouse, and omnichannel transformations. What Youll Do

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Manhattan Active solutions across WM, OM, and/or TM

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on end-to-end omnichannel fulfillment, inventory, and logistics strategies

• Drive cloud-native, microservices-based solution design aligned with Manhattan Active architecture

• Own integration strategy and execution across ERP, WMS, TMS, eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, and external partners

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders across global and multi-site deployments

• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization

• Contribute to solution standards, best practices, and reusable assets

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Manhattan Active Platform experience

  • Manhattan Active WM, OM, and/or TM

• Strong understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures

• Deep experience with integrations

  • REST APIs, event-driven patterns

  • ERP, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, 3PL integrations

• Solid grasp of order management, inventory orchestration, fulfillment, and logistics flows

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Manhattan Active solutions

• Excellent communication skills — you can talk shop with both technical teams and business leaders

Bonus Points

• Experience in Retail, eCommerce, and/or 3PL environments

• Global or multi-site implementations (especially complex rollouts)

• Middleware experience:

  • MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI (or similar)

• Manhattan certifications (Active WM, OM, TM)

• Prior consulting or system integrator background
