Role Overview

Were seeking a Senior Softeon WMS Consultant to join our growing team of warehouse technology experts. This role will lead and execute Softeon WMS implementation and optimization projects ensuring successful design, configuration, testing, and deployment for our clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end Softeon WMS implementations (design through go-live).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Configure and test Softeon modules including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Work with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP, TMS, and automation systems.

• Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.

• Document solutions, train users, and contribute to best-practice templates.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to JGAs Softeon Center of Excellence (CoE).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Softeon WMS.

• Proven track record leading configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and process flows.

• Experience integrating Softeon with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) or automation systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WCS/WES or automation projects (AS/RS, pick-to-light, etc.).

• Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and reporting.

• Exposure to other WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber, etc.).
