Job Description ::

1. Lead and implement complex MAWM/PM projects within the Client / Retail sector.

2. Develop strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for large-scale MAWM transformations.

3. Conduct workshops and meetings with clients, influencing C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

Required skills:

1. 10+ years of Manhattan consulting experience, with at least 2+ years in MAWM.

2. Strong knowledge of the Client/Retail industries.

3. Hands-on expertise in MAWM, Labor Management and Supply Chain Intelligence

4. Proven track record leading large-scale MAWM transformations, including business case development and roadmap execution.

5. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.

6. Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore models.
