Blue Yonder Dispatcher Remote with Travel US Only

About the Role

We are seeking a Blue Yonder Dispatcher Specialist to join our team. This role is remote-first, but will require travel between 25%-50% of the time to support client site implementations and operations.

The Blue Yonder Dispatcher is responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting Blue Yonder Dispatcher solutions within client supply chain networks. This is a Dispatcher-focused role only (not a discrete WMS role).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design, configuration, and rollout of Blue Yonder Dispatcher modules.

• Coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.

• Provide on-site and remote support for implementations, upgrades, and issue resolution.

• Develop documentation, training, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Collaborate with internal JGA teams and client staff to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (design, configuration, and/or implementation).

• Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management systems.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Willingness to travel (25-50%).
