Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced WMOS Tester to join our onsite implementation and support team in Bolingbrook, IL. This role will focus on functional and integration testing of Manhattan WMOS applications, ensuring solution integrity, performance, and readiness across all warehouse execution flows. The candidate will work closely with business users, developers, and support teams to validate system behavior through all phases of testing.

What Youll Do

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for Manhattan WMOS implementations.
• Validate warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Perform test data preparation, environment validation, and defect management.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and traceability matrices.
• Support UAT with business users and document test evidence.
• Collaborate with configuration and development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in cutover and go-live validation activities onsite.
• Track, document, and escalate issues via Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Support post-go-live hypercare testing and validation.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 36 years of testing experience in Manhattan WMOS.
• Strong understanding of DC operations and end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and defect reports.
• Familiarity with integration testing involving host systems (ERP, MHE, TMS, LMS).
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Bolingbrook, IL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Familiarity with RF and handheld device testing.
• Prior involvement in large-scale rollouts or multi-site WMOS projects.

• MondayFriday schedule with flexibility during testing cycles and go-lives.
• Collaborative warehouse operations and IT environment.
