Our Manhattan-based team works across North and Latin America, helping clients enhance client engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through strategic and technology-driven initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our Management & Advisory Wealth Management (MAWM) practice a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for financial innovation and cross-border advisory excellence. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements across North and Latin America focused on wealth management strategy, digital advisory transformation, and operational optimization.

• Partner with executives to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and implement scalable business and technology solutions.

• Develop financial models, process frameworks, and strategic roadmaps for private banking and investment advisory operations.

• Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and culturally aware relationship management.

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and ensure the highest quality of project deliverables.

• Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation, thought leadership, and client expansion initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments impacting wealth management across both regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

• 58 years of consulting or financial services experience, ideally within wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.

• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-country engagements.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and client presentation skills.

• Familiarity with wealth management platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Avaloq, Temenos).

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in cross-border wealth management, including U.S.LatAm regulatory frameworks (FATCA, CRS, AML/KYC).

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in wealth or asset management.

• Ability to operate effectively within hybrid and multicultural team environments.
