Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan SCALE Active Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Manhattan SCALE (Active) configuration, implementation, and support. This role involves working closely with client teams to deliver functional and technical solutions across warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Manhattan SCALE Active implementations, enhancements, and upgrades

• Conduct requirements gathering, functional design, and solution configuration

• Support integration efforts, including interfaces, testing, and validation

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-go-live support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and integration partners

• Develop documentation, training materials, and process guides

• Travel to client sites as required for workshops, design sessions, go-lives, and support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE (Active)

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain processes

• Experience with configuration, label design, allocation logic, and reporting

• Familiarity with integrations (e.g., ERP, automation, TMS, LMS)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site or high-volume distribution environments

• Exposure to automation (conveyance, AMRs, sortation, etc.)

• Background in WMS testing, training, and go-live support

• Previous consulting experience
