Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for highly automated, parcel distribution center operations, including Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), AMRs, and other MHEs.

• Collaborate with business partners, engineering teams, and program management to deliver value for parcel operations.

• Build trusted relationships through tailored business engagement with cross-functional leaders.

• Support continuous improvement within the product management organization.

• Develop familiarity with critical adjacent systems (OMS, TMS, logistics, final mile).

• Author JIRA stories, functional use cases, and manage backlog prioritization.

• Partner with operations and technology teams through requirement gathering, testing, and go-live support.

• Provide production support during hypercare and operational deployment.

• Apply a data-driven approach to prioritization, enhancements, and defect resolution.

Criteria

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain product management or parcel warehouse operations.

• Expertise with ASRS, sorters, AMRs, MHEs, and warehouse automation.

• Retail industry background with warehouse conversion and onsite hypercare experience.

• Proficiency in unit picking, functional documentation (JIRA/Visio), and UAT processes.

• Strong knowledge of Manhattan WMS (WMOS) and warehouse execution systems (WES).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
