Position: MAWM Lead / Program Coordinator

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Lead who combines deep hands-on configuration expertise with strong program coordination and delivery leadership capabilities.

This role will lead MAWM solution design and configuration while also overseeing cross-functional execution across IT, operations, integration, automation, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate can actively configure and troubleshoot MAWM while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end solution design workshops for Manhattan Active WM implementations
Own and review Solution Design Documents ensuring alignment to current and future-state warehouse processes
Perform hands-on configuration of MAWM process flows including inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, and wave management
Support development and configuration of extension packs including Custom Labels, Report Development, PIX, and Ship Confirm Enrichments in ProActive
Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT coordination, and validation activities
Troubleshoot complex production and post-go-live issues

Program & Delivery Coordination

Act as primary MAWM workstream lead across multiple parallel tracks
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, warehouse operations, integration, middleware, automation, and ERP teams
Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and escalation paths
Drive status reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications
Oversee hypercare planning, issue triage structure, and stabilization governance
Ensure alignment between global template and site-specific requirements
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of overall WMS experience with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management experience.

Experience leading at least 3 full-cycle MAWM implementations
Proven ability to lead design workshops and drive architectural decisions
Strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control
Experience working in retail and/or 3PL high-volume environments
Strong integration knowledge between MAWM and ERP/TMS systems
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
Ability to work flexible hours during go-live and stabilization periods

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MAWM cloud and hybrid deployments
Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or EDI integrations
Experience with automation interfaces including conveyors, sorters, ASRS, and AMRs
Exposure to multi-site rollouts or global template deployments
PMP, Agile, or similar program management certification is a plus

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required based on project phases including design workshops, site assessments, go-live support, and hypercare stabilization.
