Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Manhattan Associates' WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Manhattan WMOS or Active WMS and be comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Manhattan WMOS or Manhattan Active WMS systems

• Lead or contribute to WMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into WMS configurations

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for WMS users

• Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver high-quality warehouse management solutions

• Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS or Manhattan Active WMS

• Strong understanding of warehouse management, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations

• Experience with WMS configuration, interface development, and system integration

• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms

• Prior consulting or implementation partner experience

• Knowledge of supporting technologies such as SQL, APIs, and RF device workflows
