About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Transportation Management (MATM) Techno-Functional Consultant to support multiple high-visibility projects across leading supply chain and logistics organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, configuring, integrating, and supporting Manhattan Active TM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation while promoting long-term ownership and sustainability through training and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and configuration of Manhattan Active TM solutions, including transportation planning, execution, and optimization features

  • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with client teams

  • Perform material flow and logistics network analysis to support transportation process improvements

  • Develop and maintain system configurations, integrations, and data mappings

  • Support end-user testing, knowledge transfer, and change management activities

  • Provide post-go-live stabilization and support, ensuring client satisfaction

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, driving clear communication and collaboration

  • Travel to client sites as required for project phases, training, and workshops

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Active solutions, preferably within Transportation Management (TM)

  • Solid understanding of transportation processes, carrier management, freight payment, and order lifecycle

  • Strong knowledge of core ERP systems and integration points (e.g., OMS, WMS, Inventory, Payment)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
