Role Overview

The Manhattan SCALE Delivery Consultant is responsible for implementing and enhancing Manhattan SCALE across new and existing distribution centers (DCs). This role requires deep technical and functional expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Manhattan SCALE implementations (Classic, Active preferred).

• Configure and customize Manhattan SCALE to meet client-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with Manhattan Associates, internal delivery teams, and DC operations.

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise and next-generation architecture standards.

• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and enhancement specs.

• Support integration with related Manhattan solutions (Slotting Optimization, SCI, MIF/DIF, LMS, etc.).

• Write and optimize SQL for solution delivery and reporting.

• Drive multiple full-cycle implementations (requirements to deployment).

• Produce clear process and technical documentation.

• Support client enablement and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management preferred.

• 10+ years of overall consulting/technical experience, with at least 3 years of direct Manhattan SCALE experience.

• 5+ years in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.

• 5+ years in capturing and mapping business requirements.

• Strong SQL skills; proficiency in MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with large-scale implementations, including MHE integration.

• Strong communication, documentation, and consulting presence.

• Flexible and adaptive to project changes.

• Must maintain confidentiality of client intellectual property.
