Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Consultant to join our team onsite in Pensacola, FL. The consultant will be responsible for leading design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for an upcoming Oracle WMS implementation. This role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud WMS and strong communication skills to support client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle WMS solution design sessions with client stakeholders

• Configure Oracle WMS Cloud modules based on requirements

• Develop functional specifications and support ERP, TMS, and third-party integrations

• Execute unit, SIT, and UAT testing cycles and manage defect resolution

• Provide end-user training and go-live hypercare support

• Collaborate with operations, IT, and vendor teams for implementation success

• Advise clients on WMS best practices and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of WMS consulting or implementation experience

• At least 2 Oracle WMS Cloud project implementations

• Strong knowledge of Oracle WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor, RF/Voice)

• Experience with ERP/WMS integrations and APIs

• Strong requirements gathering and client workshop facilitation skills

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Ability to work onsite in Pensacola, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and distribution operations

• Oracle Cloud WMS certifications

• Knowledge of other Tier-1 WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.)

• Prior consulting experience with multi-site WMS rollouts
