WMS Analyst Business Analyst / QA

Location: San Ramon, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

We are seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMOS) Analyst with strong communication skills who can function effectively as both a Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Analyst (QA).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements specific to Manhattan WMOS.

• Act as liaison between business users, operations, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

• Support all phases of testing, including creating test scripts, executing test cycles, and validating WMOS configurations.

• Troubleshoot issues, log defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.

• Ensure successful delivery of WMOS enhancements, rollouts, and support activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems).

• Strong background as a Business Analyst and QA in WMS environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface with both business and IT teams.

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and system workflows.

• Prior experience in WMOS testing, configuration, or support preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with related Manhattan Associates products (LMS, TMS, DOM).

• SQL skills for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with automation testing tools.

• Exposure to ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Körber, etc.).

• Previous experience in large-scale distribution, retail, or 3PL environments.
