At JGA Wealth Management Solutions (JGAWMS), we specialize in operational excellence and advisory services across wealth management, logistics, and enterprise operations. Our Supply Chain Optimization practice focuses on helping organizations enhance efficiency and performance through Warehouse Management System (WMS) process improvements and strategic operational audits.

We are seeking a hands-on consultant based in Toronto to perform WMS process audits and operational efficiency assessments for our clients. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension, requiring onsite engagement (no remote option).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end WMS and warehouse operations audits, evaluating workflow, throughput, accuracy, and process alignment.

• Identify efficiency gaps and develop data-driven improvement recommendations for warehouse performance, inventory management, and cost optimization.

• Analyze system configurations and user adoption to improve operational utilization of WMS technology.

• Design and implement process enhancement roadmaps, tracking progress and measurable outcomes.

• Partner closely with client stakeholders to deliver sustainable process improvements and productivity gains.

• Produce detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS implementation, or logistics consulting.

• Proficiency with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.

• Proven ability to conduct process audits and Lean/Six Sigma improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Must be based in Toronto and available for onsite work only (no WFH).

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement qualification.

• Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

• Familiarity with multi-site warehouse optimization and operational standardization.

• Strong documentation, presentation, and training capabilities.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly or daily rate based on experience
