Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap for highly automated distribution operations leveraging ASRS, AMRs, and related automation.

• Engage business stakeholders and engineering teams to implement strategies tailored to Memphis-based operations.

• Serve as liaison between business and technology, ensuring alignment and trust.

• Contribute to organizational improvements in product management practices.

• Gain working knowledge of OMS, TMS, logistics, and final mile processes.

• Write detailed JIRA stories, functional cases, and manage prioritization with delivery teams.

• Partner closely with local operations teams during training, testing, and deployment phases.

• Lead operational hypercare and production support in a Memphis-based environment.

• Use data and ROI metrics to guide backlog enhancements and issue resolution.

Criteria

• 8+ years of product management/operations experience in parcel warehouse automation.

• Deep knowledge of ASRS, MHE, AMRs, and advanced sortation systems.

• Retail industry expertise with system conversions and warehouse technology rollouts.

• Proven skills in unit picking, automation processes, and functional documentation.

• Strong experience with Manhattan WMOS and other WES providers.

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
