JGA Application Policy

1. Eligibility
   Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Application Process
   All applications must be submitted via email to careers@jgawms.com. Submissions must include all required documentation as outlined in the application guidelines.

3. Accuracy of Information
   Applicants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification.

4. Confidentiality
   All personal information collected during the application process will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating the application, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Right to Disqualify
   J. Goldman & Associates (JGA) reserves the right to disqualify any applicant at its sole discretion. Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to, failure to meet eligibility requirements, incomplete submissions, or violation of these terms.

6. Changes to Terms
   JGA reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the application process signifies acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law
   This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
