JGA Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Referral
   Referrals may be submitted by individuals or entities who are legally permitted to participate in such referral programs and are not employees or contractors of J. Goldman & Associates (JGA), unless explicitly authorized.

2. Qualified Referral Criteria
   A referral is considered “qualified” if:

• The referred candidate is not already in contact with or known to JGA through existing channels.

• The referral results in a signed contract or placement within six (6) months of submission.

• The referral includes sufficient identifying and contact information to validate the candidate.

1. Referral Fee
   A referral fee may be available for qualified referrals that lead to successful placement or contract execution. The amount of the fee, payment terms, and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis at JGA’s sole discretion.

2. Submission Process
   Referrals must be submitted in writing via email to careers@jgawms.com, including the full name, contact information, and resume (if available) of the referred individual.

3. No Guarantee of Payment
   Submission of a referral does not guarantee payment of any fee. JGA retains full discretion over whether a referral qualifies for compensation.

4. Modification or Termination
   JGA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine.
