DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management:
    • Understand the company's business and target audiences

    • Develop and manage social media strategy

    • Oversee social media content creation

    • Measure the success of social media campaigns

    • Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media

  • Content Creation and Management:
    • In charge of day-to-day operations and content development for websites and social media channels

    • Develop a comprehensive digital plan with objectives and strategies

    • Research and monitor social media trends and tools

    • Create briefing documents for creator partners and influencers

    • Review creative assets for strategic relevance

  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.

  • Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.

  • Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Comply with the Company Policies.

  • Comply with the Company and Departments approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Familiarity with web design
