Front-end Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Front-End developer with at least 5 years of experience to join their team. The Front-End Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining features. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. A bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Write clean and maintainable code.

Must Have Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in React development.

At least 5 years of experience in HTML & CSS development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object

model

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Should Have Skills:

Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)

Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Testing expertise: proficient in methodologies, frameworks, TDD, accessibility, cross-browser

compatibility and CI/CD integration

Nice to Have Skills:

Strong design sense for contemporary UI-based application interfaces

Knowledge of MongoDB

Demonstrated experience in designing and building large scale micro-site applications with

unified architecture and design language
