Position Overview

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals to help physicians detect and treat a variety of medical conditions. Key Responsibilities

Imaging & Patient Care

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals by established safety standards.
  • Perform high-quality nuclear medicine scans, including PET and SPECT procedures.
  • Ensure patient comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Technology & Quality Control

  • Operate and maintain state-of-the-art imaging equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and perform quality control checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Adhere to all radiation safety and infection control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate and timely diagnoses.

Qualifications

  • Certification through ARRT (N) or NMTCB required.
  • Washington State licensure or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience with PET and SPECT is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols and radiation safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
