Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
  3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  4. Develop and maintain a tracking system for office expenses and budgets.
  5. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  6. Create and update spreadsheets and databases with relevant information.
  7. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
  8. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
  9. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  10. Provide general administrative support to visitors and guests.
  11. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  12. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
