Our client is Luxury Sport Brand Team. They're looking for Sales Executive / Senior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and promoting our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify key decision makers and influencers within potential client organizations and develop effective strategies to secure their business
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service to clients, educating them on the unique features and benefits of our products
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management to inform marketing and sales strategies
- Participate in promotional events and trade shows to showcase our products and brand image
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and availability
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
