Responsibilities:
- Crafting and executing marketing and communication strategies tailored to the brand's target audience.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
- Collaborating with product and sales teams to effectively communicate product benefits and features that address customer needs.
- Generating informative and engaging content related to skincare products, skincare routines, and current beauty trends.
- Planning and organizing content distribution through a content calendar.
- Creating and distributing press releases announcing new products, promotions, and company events.
- Monitoring beauty and skin health news and evaluating the success of PR initiatives.
- Executing and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Partnering with beauty and health industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and monitoring competitor activities.
- Evaluating the performance of marketing and communication campaigns and recommending improvements.
- Gathering customer feedback to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field like marketing, journalism, or mass communication.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications, ideally within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising tools.
- Experience with influencers, KOLs, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee/Lazada is preferred.
- Creative, understand beauty trends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
