Responsibilities:

    • Crafting and executing marketing and communication strategies tailored to the brand's target audience.
    • Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
    • Collaborating with product and sales teams to effectively communicate product benefits and features that address customer needs.
    • Generating informative and engaging content related to skincare products, skincare routines, and current beauty trends.
    • Planning and organizing content distribution through a content calendar.
    • Creating and distributing press releases announcing new products, promotions, and company events.
    • Monitoring beauty and skin health news and evaluating the success of PR initiatives.
    • Executing and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
    • Partnering with beauty and health industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
    • Conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and monitoring competitor activities.
    • Evaluating the performance of marketing and communication campaigns and recommending improvements.
    • Gathering customer feedback to refine and enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field like marketing, journalism, or mass communication.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications, ideally within the skincare or beauty industry. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising tools. 
  • Experience with influencers, KOLs, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee/Lazada is preferred.
  • Creative, understand beauty trends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
