About the job Training and Development Manager (Retail) - Health and Beauty
- Develop and implement training programs for retail staffs, managing budgets and coordinating with marketing teams.
- Ensure training materials reflect brand values and conduct orientations for new hires.
- Train staffs on sales techniques and personalized service, monitor interactions, and provide feedback.
- Identify and address skill gaps through ongoing training, incorporating industry trends and innovative methods.
- Manage uniform stock and participate in nationwide delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management or a related field.
- A minimum 3-5 years' experience in coaching or training, preferably in luxury, health & beauty retail.
- Strong understanding of luxury and health & beauty retail trends and market dynamics.
- Proficient in English, skilled in Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
