Finance Manager (Leasing)

Client Information:
Our client is one of the most well-known Japanese leasing business in Thailand where having many branches around our country. They are currently looking for Finance Manager to be responsible for both management and handling operational processes as the following details.


Job Description:

• Expand bank accounts for securing funding liquidity
• Enhance cash flow management with the introduction of the Cash Management System
• Introduce and implement ALM management including Maturity Ladder and so on for assets and liabilities
• Develop and implement hedging policies, including acquiring long-term funds
• Examine direct financing such as CP and prepare for implementation and introduction
• Conduct detailed monthly financial management

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 8-15 years of experience in Finance, Leasing and Hire purchasing field
• Must have legal knowledge that related to finance
• Strong leadership and management skills with an analytical and proactive mindset
• Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and high level of commitment
