Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any fields.
- With 4-5 years of experience in creating exceptional employee experiences and development an entertaining workplace culture.
- Insightful understanding of HR systems, making swift and strategic decisions aligned with business aims.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities coupled with an easygoing and approachable personality.
- Exhibit ability to oversee all training plans and positively host training events, with excellent English communication skills.
