About the job Telesales Manager

-Coordinating closely with the marketing director and sales director to drive sales productivity and accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Managing daily manufacturing, sales operations, and problem-solving.
-Deploying successful campaigns and inspiring the telesales team to perform better.
-Working with our callcenter staff to manage and plan sales that make use of client databases for cross-selling to boost corporate revenue.
-Creating sales summaries, forecasting sales, and analyzing sales data from web leads that are converted into sales numbers by a telesales team. Creating sales reports as requested by the management team is another task.
-Coaching and mentoring the call center team and telesales team to work effectively to meet the sales targets as planned.
-Developing and putting into action a strategic sales plan to increase customer base and spur revenue growth while collaborating closely with academic team and marketing team.
-Implementing motivational campaigns and successful initiatives to improve the performance of the team.
