About the job HR Support Operations Executive (6-month contract)

  • Support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and assisting in the selection and offer process as well as onboarding and the process of orienting new employees to their roles and the organization.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, communication, wellness programs, learning and development, event coordination, recognition, diversity and inclusion, data analysis, and administrative support for HR employee engagement.
  • Provide assistance and support in area of Learning and Development; Create and formulate training programs, modules, and resources to meet specific needs and objectives.
  • Engage in coordinating and overseeing meetings and events when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with selection, onboarding, and engagement processes, with strong organizational, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to create training programs, coordinate events, and support various HR functions, demonstrating attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills for engagement, collaboration, and a team-oriented approach with adaptability and professionalism and posses ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
