Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and develop marketing programs to deliver companys business goals:
  • Alignment and cross functional with trade merchandise by review and well-prepared in sign-off meeting.
  • Create attractive promotion campaigns to raise our sale volume.
  • Develop effective promotion and advertising programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, anticipates causes affecting performance and indicate magnitude of impact on sales.
  • Manage relationship and marketing campaign with business partners.
  • Identify stores with low sales volume and develop promotion campaign/activities to assist stores in achieving positive results.
  • Develop grand opening programs for new stores opening that will build brand awareness in local community and drive traffic to the stores.
  • Monitor Marketing budget on a monthly basis, ensure that advertising expenditures and promotion are in line with the budget.
  • Analyze market and competitors such as competitors activities update.
  • Ensure consistency of plan in all touch points online, offline, in-store and throughout.
  • Liaise with various departments both inside and outside the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing Management or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing field with Retail Business.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate.
  • Excellence in interpersonal, ​presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Team management and be able to develop and supervise the team.
