- Develop strategic plans to reach business goals.
- Design promotional strategies for different products and sizes to stay competitive in the market.
- Evaluate pricing and promotion effectiveness.
- Utilize POS and data to forecast trade channel needs and manage budgets.
- Analyze market and trade channel data, monitor competitors, and present key insights, actions, opportunities, and recommendations for the future.
- Exercise fiscal control over all promotional programs.
- Monitor P&L relative to budgets and targets for brands within the category.
Requirements
- A Bachelor in Business administration, Marketing or related.
- A minimum 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Category Development or Marketing.
- Exhibit proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills; pivot tables and other functions.
