HROD Senior Manager
About the job HROD Senior Manager
- Establish priorities and initiatives to develop the organization, its leadership, and employee capabilities in alignment with the organization's direction. This includes projects related to Capability Development and Leadership Development, such as various Trainee programs to support overall business performance.
- Take responsibility for implementing various OD interventions as needed to enhance employee engagement, promote values, and shape the organizational culture. This includes planning for future initiatives.
- Work closely with top management, act as an HR Business Partner, and collaborate with relevant departments to study and analyze challenges and opportunities.
- Design, develop, present, and integrate various HROD solutions, both within and outside scope of responsibility, to maximize their impact on the organization.
- Develop strategies and tactics for each HROD solution or initiative, and establish clear action plans for change management.
- Manage projects and programs developed through teams and related partners, both internally and externally. This includes budget management and resource allocation as per action plans.
- Develop solutions to address challenges and ensure the successful achievement of project objectives in a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRD / HROD.
- Proficient in English communication (TOEIC score of 650 or higher).
- Project management skills and strong analytical abilities.
