1.Being responsible for sourcing new customers to intensify the sales volume by focusing on Warehousing.

2.Developing new business opportunities by promoting the companys products to the customers and investigating new potential markets, mainly focusing on new customers.

3.Being responsible for the marketing, sales, and customer services of the clients needs and managing the preparation of documents for company marketing.

4.Building relationships and sales based on a high level of repeat business with all levels of customers and understanding the sales process including the key *touch points*.

5.Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generating product development ideas.

6.Taking ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business.

7.Working to stringent targets, to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

8.Developing a pipeline of qualified prospects for targeted solicitation, understanding their business and solutions requirements, and engaging in a consultative sales process (business to business).

9.Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

10.Maintaining agent relationships following company policy.

11.Monitoring the progress of claims and customer Satisfaction. 12.Leading to fixing all issues and increasing the satisfaction level of the customer.

Qualifications

1.Bachelors Degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or any related field.

2.At least 5 years experience in the sales or marketing field within the transport or warehousing industry is preferred.

3.Have a wide network of warehousing customers in Thailand (automotive, chemicals, industrial goods, electronics).

4.Experience in logistics, Forklift, Warehouse is preferred.

5.Solution minded. Ability to study the needs of a customer and build a strong, qualitative logistics solution.

6.Excellent communication and sales skills, with a pleasant personality and excellent leadership qualities.

7.A strong command of Chinese, both written and spoken.

8.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
