Job Duties

• Lead, develop, and ensure consumer financial product from end-to-end, ensuring that all targets are achieved.
• Analyse the effectiveness of consumer financial product operation, based on pre-determined KPIs, and produce reports, decks and high-level insights for management presentations.
• Become a subject matter expert on the company's payment solutions arm and an authority in the product requirements for consumer financial product operations excellence.
• Identifying opportunities in consumer lending business to improve customer experiences and prepare for the future growth.
• Work cross functionally with teams including Business Intelligence, Strategy, Legal & Compliance as well as other internal teams to manage operation.
• Formulate and execute strategies for operational procedures and policies for consumer financial product operations, and continually review and improve on these on an on-going basis.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant studies.
• Minimum 4 years of experiences in financial services/banking or fintech.
• Strong experience with financial products, including digital loans and credit products.
• Solid interpersonal skills by achieving good relationships with stakeholders or partners.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient Thai and English language skills
• Proactive, self-starter and self-learner.
• Result-oriented with can-do attitude and growth mindset.
