Key responsibilities:

Operation

  • Manage and be responsible for all stocks inventory sellable and non-sellable.
  • Ensure accuracy and timelines on store inventory ordering and return.
  • Ensure store cleanliness as per brand guidelines.
  • Ensure VM change/ display.
  • Ensure timely execution/management of monthly marketing animation and activation.
  • Ensure smooth operations and execution of new launch in store.
  • Manage and be present at all times to drive store events.
  • Be the first point of contact on guest complaints and responsible for onwards escalation when needed.
  • Roster Management
  • Ensure accuracy on audit check.
  • Manage weekly stocks delivery to ensure good stock coverage as per established guidelines during festival/ ad-hoc, if required.
  • Responsible for achieving retail store target with the team. Partner with Trainer on individual training to motivate team to achieve their sales target and KPIs.

Drive and grow in traffic conversion and revisit rate.

Cach team timely to better and achieve individual KPIs.

Reports

Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports.

Ensure timely submission on full-time and part-time commission payout.

People Management

Build a strong and cohesive positive team spirit and morale of the retail team.

Manage team, including counselling and all difficult behavior and conduct issues.

Ensure smooth and good orientation and integration of new team members.

Work with Trainer on development and upgrading soft and hard skill set.

Ensure team members grooming are as per brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent level of education in relevant field.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry.

Sales driven and proactive, enjoy operating in the fast-paced retail environment.

People oriented and is a tam player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition.

Well-organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details, with ability to work

independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays.

Fluent in English both oral and written communication.

Adequate computer literacy and proficiency with Excel and ability to read and reply to

emails.
