  • Implement and manage HRIS software for streamlined processes and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, communicate policies to employees, and handle employee relations issues. Analyze HR data for effective decision-making.
  • Improve employee performance and productivity by identifying gaps, providing coaching, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Contribute to organizational growth through change management, culture building, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and motivational strategies.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Direct 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, especially in HRD with professional background around 4-5 years in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external partners effectively with ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop appropriate solutions.
