Internal Audit Assistant Manager / Hire Purchase / 60-80k / BTS

Client Information:
Our client is one of the most famous Japanese auto leasing business in Thailand where having many branches around the country. They are currently looking for Internal Audit Assistant Manager to be responsible for the following details.

Report to: Audit Manager
Team Member: 3 people
No. of subordinates: 0-1 person


Job Description:

• Organize, execute, and manage internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessment across departments, promptly report risk and internal control weaknesses to the manager, and propose operational enhancements.
• Develop departmental processes, company regulations, and manuals.
• Formulate self-assessment and elucidate to managerial staff.
• Liaise with managers and employees regarding improvements in internal control and incident resolution.
• Design internal training program, encompassing new hire orientation and continuous training.
• Perform other reasonably requested tasks.

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in internal audit field
• Must have experience in creating or writing company's policies, procedures and workflow process in terms of internal audit
• Strong knowledge in Leasing or hire purchase regulations, internal control as well as risk management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command in English both written and spoken
