Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive long-term growth strategy and define near-term action plans to constantly support THAI GROUP HOLDINGS and its subsidiaries in achieving the target.
• Identify key potential projects. Breakthrough ideas and strategic partnership opportunities to growth business profitably.
• Conduct necessary financial modelling and sensitivity testing to secure the underlying risks are within the corporate risk appetite
• Analyse market dynamics, market share changes, government regulation, and strategic risks from both macroeconomics perspective and industry
• Interpret the implications to the business and provide recommendations to the related parties.
• Strengthen the governance culture and make sure appropriate metrics are in place for the performance review.
• Serve as a mentor to the strategic team and ensure team engagement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related studies.
• Over 10 years experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and/or Project Management.
• Strong background in Insurance Sector..
• Practicality and achievability of the new concepts and growth opportunities
• Having Problem Solving and Project Management skill, keen to take initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements.
• Ability to identify business gaps and recommend decisive actions to fill the gaps in timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills and having ability to work collaboratively with cross functions.
