Accounting Staff / BOI trading / SAP

Client Information:
Our client is a world leader in machinery production. In Thailand, they are operating as a trading and business services for APAC Region.

Due to rapid business expansion in Asia, they are looking for Accounting Staff to be responsible for the following details.


Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and review tax invoices, purchase orders, invoices, and billing processes daily, while maintaining organized document storage
• Assist in monthly account closing including AP, AR, GL, transaction reconciliation, vat, taxation, etc.
• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks
• Support debt collection and monitor cash flow both weekly and monthly
• Work with team to handle all transactions of the company abroad
• Collaborate with external entities such as Auditors, Banks, The Revenue Department, etc.
• Prepare monthly financial-related reports

Requirements:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of working experience in overall accounting functions including taxation
• Proficiency in SAP
• Good command in English (TOEIC 650 up is preferred)
• Experience in BOI company
• FTZ warehouse and customs related knowledge
• Experience in accounting regulations of some country in Asia-Pacific is advantage
