AR Manager (For oversea chain hotel)

Client information:

Our client is a well-known hospitality industry in Thailand. Recently, theyve expanded one of its business segments by acquiring a hotel business oversea.

They are now looking for an AR Manager to be based in Thailand while overseeing AR operations for their hotel chain abroad.

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process for the overseas branch of the hotel
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and customers
• Maintain and update AR records, databases and outstanding payments and invoices
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve discrepancies or billing issues promptly
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports
• Analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and initiate necessary actions for recovery
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to optimize the accounts receivable process
• Supervise a team of 7 people and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in overall accounting functions preferably AR Management
• 3-5 years of experience in management level
• Experience in hospitality or retail business with handling massive transaction is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using ERP software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
