About the job Operation Director
1. In charge of the Bakery Division's Business Units' financial and operational performance through the creation and implementation of long and short term strategies and plans to maximize business profitability and expansion
2. Establish and follow the annual operating and financial budget for the business.
3. Locate, construct, and refurbish visually appealing businesses with the assistance of the Real Estate, Project, and Operations Team.
4. Develop comprehensive business plans and regularly update senior management on performance, sales, and financial budget analyses.
5. Uphold and enhance existing quality and service standards
6. Create and execute procedures for labor, upkeep, supplies, cost of goods sold, and performance measurement to ensure compliance with the overall aims and objectives of the business.
7. Address concerns with accounting, information technology, human resources, production and inventory, and sales development in order to maximize resource synergy.
8. Make sure labor management in stores is effective and efficient.
9. Ensure that partners in business partnerships and vendors deliver goods and services that are competitively priced and in line with company standards.
10. Maintain constant contact and follow-up to improve the company's training culture, particularly at the outlet level.
11. Establish company policies and processes to guarantee legal compliance and efficient and organized work flow.
12. Instill company values and work attitudes to foster a supportive workplace (teamwork, a positive and proactive attitude, viewing problems as challenges rather than obstacles).
13. Give guidance on management succession to guarantee business function continuity and support for future expansion.
